The examples shown here represent recent work. Copies of original bows are made to order and take into account the originals’ precise characteristics, including weight, balance point, stick stiffness, camber, and other details. The musician therefore needs to be familiar with both the original bow’s strengths and its potential drawbacks. If the original does not belong to the musician commissioning the bow from us, its owner’s consent is a prerequisite for making the copy.
